The breakfast was great and always kept me energized throughout the day. My spacious room included a very comfy bed. The location was convenient, a short walk to the Medina and major squares.

I stayed in the joutia zrabi double room. It was spacious. the housekeeping service provided daily cleaning. i enjoyed the roof terrace. It was a relaxing space after exploring. the breakfast was tasty and filling.
the bathroom had a slight issue with water pressure.

The staff was helpful upon arrival, assisting with luggage to my room.
I was quite annoyed by the lack of hot water one morning. the room's outdated furniture showed noticeable wear, and it was really a letdown. I feel updates are necessary.

Really good Stay
perfect location helpful staff
I appreciated the perfect location. I walked everywhere I wanted. The staff were very helpful, ALWAYS providing quick assistance when needed. The breakfast included tasty items each morning. The entire riad is beautifully decorated. It offers a VERY authentic atmosphere.
The driver had an unpleasant attitude. He did not offer to help with our luggage. We even asked him to bring the car closer. THE room looked nothing like the pictures. Our room was dusty, and the towels were old, with low amenities in the shower.

Our room was spacious and well-decorated. The bed was very comfortable. the room featured reliable air conditioning. This maintained a comfortable temperature throughout the day and night.

The hotel is near two main squares, a VERY convenient feature. The proximity allows for easy exploration and access to local attractions. The main areas are within walking distance. I explored shops and restaurants EFFORTLESSLY.

mold wall peeling paint
The location was convenient. I reached many attractions easily. the riad was quiet, and the rooftop offered a relaxing space.
The room i stayed in felt quite worn. the bathroom had mold on the wall, paint peeled. the furniture looked aged. The bed, though comfortable, was too large for the room, limiting access on one side.

old towels broken hose
The staff was friendly. The location was acceptable.
The room i got looked quite different from the pictures online. everything felt a bit old and worn, especially the towels. also. the shower wasn't great. The water sprayed everywhere due to a broken hose, so my clothes got wet.
